NEW REGULATION OF TOURIST HOUSING - DECREE 75/2020

On August 26, 2020, Decree 75/2020, of August 4, on tourism in Catalonia, came into force, which modifies the regulation of tourist homes, highlighting the following new features:
- Simplification of the qualification system
- HUTs capacity limit and transitional regime
- Delivery of rules of coexistence
- Requirement for uncivil occupants
- NIRTC exhibition
- Minimum tourist requirements for tourist housing
