Blind or visually impaired users of guide dogs are legally recognized throughout Spain, the right to access, accompanied by it, to all places, spaces, establishments and public transport or public use.
The user of a guide dog has the right to access, stay and wander in the company of the same in any space, place, establishment or public transport or public use, regardless of their public or private ownership. The access and use of these spaces must be allowed on equal terms to other citizens or users thereof and can not incur any additional cost to the user of a guide dog, except in the case of payment for a specific service other than access itself .
