CASES OF NON-COMPLIANCE WITH HEALTH MEASURES BY COVID-19 CONSIDERED VERY SERIOUS INFRINGEMENTS

According to the sanctioning regime for cases of non-compliance with health measures by COVID-19, the very serious infractions are:


Repeated non-compliance with the duty of home insulation agreed upon by the competent authorities by persons who have tested positive for COVID-19.


Failure to notify the competent authority of cases of suspicion or diagnosis of the disease or of a relevant fact, the declaration of which is mandatory.


Repeated non-compliance with the protocols, plans or instructions received by the competent authorities.


Recidivism in the commission of serious offenses.


Any violation of what is established by the competent authorities to deal with the health crisis: distance, capacity, schedules, activity restrictions, hygiene, protocols, data records regist that poses a risk of infection for more than 150 people.


Very serious infractions can be sanctioned with a fine of 60,001 to 600,000 euros and the following can also be agreed as accessory sanctions: the closure of the premises or establishment for a maximum period of five years; the suspension or prohibition of the activity up to five years, or the disqualification for the organization or promotion of public shows and recreational activities up to five years.
