THE SUPREME CONSIDERS THAT THE MALTREAT WITHOUT INJURY ALSO CONTAINS A REMOVAL ORDER.

The Supreme Court has established that the conviction for a crime of mistreatment without causing injury to your partner or emotional ex-partner also bears the temporary prohibition of approaching the victim because it is consistent with the protection of the victims of gender.

The Supreme Court has reached this unanimous conclusion when studying an appeal by the Prosecutor's Office against a ruling of the Provincial Court of Madrid, which annulled the prohibition of approach imposed on a man who slapped and hit his partner in a street of Getafe, causing bruises and injuries for which he did not receive medical attention.
