THE AVERAGE RENTAL PRICE RISES 3.70% IN THE FIRST QUARTER OF THE YEAR

Housing for rent in Spain had an average income of 1,002 euros, registering an increase of 2.85% compared to last month and 10.81% compared to March 2019.
Three capitals posted increases of over 16% compared to a year ago: A Coruña (18.50%), Lleida (17.95%) and Toledo (17.87%).
