In the year 2021, the SMI has been temporarily set at € 950 / month, that is, an extension of the 2020 SMI is made until further notice, both for permanent workers and for temporary or temporary workers, as well as for household employees.
The increase produced in 2020 was 5.5% compared to the SMI 2019 to 950 euros, an increase that affected more than 2 million workers, taking effect from January 1, 2020 with the end of the term until December 31 December 2020.
