TELEMATIC INFORMATION AND ORIENTATION SERVICE IN THE VICTIM OF THE CRIMES OF THE GENERALITAT
The information and guidance service for victims of crime (SIOVD) is a free service that works from Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. It can be accessed through:

The purpose of this service is to inform, advise, orientate, derive and, if necessary, carry out a work of containment and emotional support, people who are considered victims of a crime, both before and after the criminal process, as determined by Act 4/2015, of April 27, of the Criminal Victims Statute.
It addresses and directs the demands for information and advice of any person who has been or feels victim of a crime and, where appropriate, directly directs them to the victim care offices or the restorative justice of the Department of Justice.
People who access the service can express themselves in different languages, such as Catalan, Spanish, English, French, German and Arabic.
ABOUT WHAT IT IS INFORMED:
-The assistance and support measures available, whether medical, psychological or material.
-The right to denounce and, where appropriate, the procedure for filing a complaint, and the right to provide evidence to the investigating authorities.
-The procedure to obtain legal advice and defense and, where appropriate, the conditions in which it can be obtained for free.
-The possibility of requesting protection measures.
-The indemnifications to which it may be entitled.
-The interpretation and translation services available.
-Aid and auxiliary services for communication available.
- The procedure that must be followed so that the victim can exercise his rights if he resides outside Spain.
The resources that can be filed against resolutions considered to be contrary to their rights.
-The contact information of the authority in charge of the procedure of the procedure and of the channels for communicating thereon.
- The assumptions in which the reimbursement of judicial expenses can be obtained.
-The right to be notified of the resolutions referred to in article 7 of the Criminal Victims Statute Law, if the victim requests it. In particular, they will be informed of the procedure to request it and they will be referred to the victim care office of the corresponding crime.
-The services of the nearest environment: social, health, police and judicial services.
