OBLIGATION OF THE USE OF MASKS- SANCTIONS - NEW REGULATION
(RESOLUCIÓ SLT / 1648/2020, dated July 8, for which it is established in new months in the mascara for the containment of the epidemic outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic)
1.-People aged six years and older are required to wear a mask on public roads, in spaces
outdoors and in any closed space for public use or that is open to the public, with
independence of maintaining the physical interpersonal safety distance.
2.-Corresponds to the municipalities and the Administration of the Generalitat of Catalonia, within the scope of their
respective powers, the functions of surveillance, inspection and control of the measures established in this
Resolution on the use of the mask.
Failure to comply with the measures contained in this Resolution will be subject to a sanctioning regime in accordance
with applicable sectoral legislation.
