No. The security guards of the establishments can, whenever there are concrete indications that a crime has been committed, request a person to identify themselves or show the contents of a bag or package that they could carry, without, on the other hand, part, they can register bags or backpacks, since that function corresponds exclusively to the police agents. The guards will not be able to register the belongings in separate units, since even the police officers must do it in situ. The requirement to show the contents of a bag in the boxes damages dignity and privacy.
