APPROVAL OF THE DECLARATION OF THE TENS MARKET AREAS (RENTALS) - IN FORCE SEPTEMBER 22
The declaration as a tense market area and its particular characteristics in the territories of the following municipalities have been definitively approved: Badalona, Barberà del Vallès, Castelldefels, Cornellà de Llobregat, Esplugues de Llobregat, Gavà, Montcada i Reixac, Montgat, Pallejà, El Prat de Llobregat, Ripollet, Sant Andreu de la Barca, Sant Boi de Llobregat, Sant Cugat del Vallès, Sant Feliu de Llobregat, Sant Joan Despí, Sant Just Desvern, Sant Vicenç dels Horts, Santa Coloma de Gramenet and Viladecans.
This declaration provides, as established by Law 11/2020, the extension of the housing market areas you have throughout the municipality, with a duration of five years reviewable and with a reduction of 5% on the reference index rental prices. The declaration will take effect on September 22, 2021.
