ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE GRANTING OF SUBSIDIES FOR THE PAYMENT OF THE RENT 2018

- Terms to apply for: Ends June 29, 2018
- Amount of rents: The maximum rental amount can not exceed the following:
Barcelona city: 600 euros.
Demarcation of Barcelona: 600 euros.
Demarcation of Girona: 500 euros.
Demarcation of Tarragona: 450 euros.
Demarcation of Lleida: 400 euros.
Les Terres de l'Ebre: 350 euros.
For large families the maximum monthly rent can reach 900 euros.
- Requirements: The computable income for obtaining the subsidy, in relation to the declaration of income tax
of the natural persons (PERSONAL INCOME TAX) of the year 2016, are those included in the general taxable base (box 392) and in
the tax base of savings (box 405).
The sufficiency income indicator for Catalonia (IRSC) for the year 2016 is 7,967.73 euros per year.
